The Sarah Kramer/Tanya Bernard Trilogy: How it All Vegan, The Garden of Vegan, and La Dolce Vegan
I love these books! Before I became vegan, I had a copy of La Dolce Vegan lying around untouched. (It was going to be a birthday present for a vegan friend of mine, but when I discovered she already had it, I had got her something else and tossed the book into a “cookbooks I never use” pile for 3 years! Man, I missed out on some good eating) When I started dating a vegan, I wanted to impress him, so a blew the dust off of LDV and made the shepherd’s pie on p . Soon, my boyfriend and I were in love with Sarah Kramer (as well as quite smitten with each other). I then aquired copies of Kramer and Bernard’s previous collaborations faster than you can say “soybeans” which pretty much spelled the beginnings of my vegan cookbook obsession. Thanks Sarah!
